Last weekend, I went with a group of school friends to the south of Spain-- to 2 very much Moorish-influenced cities Granada and Sevilla. Next to seeing Mr. Mike in Germany, this was my most fun trip that I've taken. We stayed a night in each place and took a 1:00 a.m. bus Thursday night (technically Friday) so we arrived at 6:30 in the morning. The bus sleep was rough, but we had a great group of people and spirits were always high. If you ever have a chance to come to Spain and don't go to Barcelona or Madrid, these are the two cities to go to. This is where I'll come back if I get the chance. Enjoy some pictures:

| We went to a Flamenco show. They stuffed 50 of us in a little room and the singer sang (somewhat annoyingly after a while) and the guitarists strummed and the dancer crumped/flamenco-ed. Video below. |

| This is my only picture from Sevilla, but it was quite possibly the cooler city of the two. THIS is part of Christopher Columbus's tomb. He is also (half and originally) buried in the Dominican Republic. |
